At Avenward, we provide digital educational products, including downloadable guides, blueprints, implementation packs, templates, calculators and other digital resources.
Digital Products
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.
Before purchasing, customers should ensure they have selected the correct product or package.
Cancellation and Refunds
Where permitted by applicable UK consumer law, customers may have cancellation rights when purchasing online.
For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, where applicable, your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Where a customer has a legal right to a refund, Avenward will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Faulty or Incorrect Digital Content
If you believe that a digital product is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at:
Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, alternative access or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at support@avenward.co.uk. We will review the circumstances and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
